Discovery

As part of NetResults’ mission to provide San Diego with IT that goes above and beyond, our initial meeting with a new client is typically followed up with a discovery phase. During this process, we send out a Senior Network Engineer to perform a system audit and discovery to look for growth opportunities as well as weaknesses. We use a proprietary piece of software to help analyze everything in your technology infrastructure, whether it’s the receptionist’s desktop or an entire server farm.

From this point, we’ll match your goals up with the priorities we’ve identified in your current systems. You’ll receive a formal proposal detailing the results of our audit as well as our recommendations for what the best course of action is.
